Kavipriya Thiruselvan is a Grant Management Consultant at the Global Statelessness Fund. Her role includes strengthening coordination and documentation, and working alongside the Fund to keep support aligned with grantees’ needs and contexts. Born and raised in Singapore and now based in the Netherlands, she holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies & Human Rights from Utrecht University, where her academic work explored how political discourse legitimises migration and asylum policy. Her broader work has included supporting advocacy and research connected to statelessness and documentation barriers. She’s worked across grant management, fundraising, and partnerships, helping channel funding into sustained support for youth-led organisations in the peacebuilding field. Kavi cares deeply about making funding more accessible, more equitable, and shaped by intersectional values that reflects on the ground realities.
