Audrey Guichon is the Portfolio Manager for People on the Move at Porticus where she started in 2021. There, she leads a global team that supports projects and initiatives that further the rights and dignity of people on the move. Whilst relatively new to the movement on statelessness, her involvement with the Fund and its allies has enabled Audrey to learn in much greater depth about the connections and interconnectedness of issues of migration and statelessness.
Before Porticus, she worked on issues of slavery and trafficking at the Freedom Fund and Anti-Slavery International, as well as at the University of Ulster and Birmingham. Audrey holds a master’s in Human rights law from the Irish Centre for Human Rights; she’s always been dedicated to gender issues and spent many years trying to support women and children domestic workers.
