The Global Statelessness Fund launch event was held online on January 16th, 2025 with the contributions of our grantee partners, Steering Group members, donors and partners, and staff members. Members of civil society organizations, professionals in the philanthropic sector, academics, and those interested in statelessness participated in this event to celebrate our launch and get to know the Fund. The recording of the event can be found here.

During the event, Alicia Wallace from Equality Bahamas shared their efforts for gender-equal nationality rights in the Bahamas and their experience as a grantee partner of the Global Statelessness Fund.
