Pulling on examples from litigation that grantees of the Global Statelessness Fund have engaged in, this brilliant resource highlights the role litigation can play in advocacy strategies, the importance of impacted-person-led organizations and communities in the ‘advocacy ecosystem’, the place of litigation as part of a ‘movement’, and the challenge in resourcing litigation to address statelessness.
