Sabine Larribeau

Sabine Larribeau is the Fund Manager at the Global Statelessness Fund. She has worked with and for refugees and stateless people for 20 years in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Southwest Asia and North Africa.

In addition to her work with the Fund, Sabine is the Chair of the board of directors of an NGO that partners with refugee rights initiatives in North Africa. She formerly worked as a director in the refugee-led executive leadership team at St Andrew’s Refugee Services (StARS) in Egypt, where she supported efforts to coordinate, develop capacity, and resource community-based organizations in the country.

Sabine has worked alongside consultants with lived experience of displacement consulting in evaluations and programming strategy that advance the rights of refugees, migrants and stateless communities. With a background in integrated legal and psychosocial programming, Sabine also provides training for lawyers and psychosocial practitioners on addressing trauma and mental health needs within case management and legal representation.
