We are hiring a Program Officer for our accompaniment work with grantee partners of the Global Statelessness Fund. We are looking for an Arabic or Spanish-speaking individual (alongside English) to provide one-to-one support & solidarity with grantee partners, assisting them to identify and meet individual and organizational professional development priorities.
In addition to one-to-one work, the Program Officer will support the delivery of our peer learning and collective workshops, and will contribute to our monitoring, evaluation & learning. They will play an integral role in the wider accompaniment team, made up of dedicated professionals committed to strengthening support and opportunities for grantees.
The role is highly relational, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, sensitivity to trauma and lived experience, and a deep commitment to supporting grassroots, impacted-person-led groups to flourish on their own terms.
